Organizations have recently experienced some failures in achieving its business goals, objectives and targets. Blames for the failures are often addressed to executives who appear not to have yet competencies required by them to take strategic roles in the organization. Executives and senior management will have to possess awareness on how very strategic their roles are and thus contributing to the success of the organization.
Many times, executives are not optimally doing what they are required to do, and thus resulting in organization’s performance which is not yet great and/or excellent. Today, it has been believed that great organizations shall require executives in the organization to be competent in developing strategic plan and in implementing the strategy to ensure sustainability and growth of the organization for now and future.
In the Leadership Development Program (LDP) 4, each participant will be equipped with necessary competencies in creating the strategic plan and in executing the strategy.
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
