Many times, they are not properly equipped with leadership and management skills, which in fact are crucial for them so that they can function effectively as managers. This fact has resulted in a lack of attention shown by them towards their subordinates and team members.
Today, it has been believed that great organizations shall require every managers, including general managers in the organization to possess key competencies of successful managers.
In the Leadership Development Program (LDP) 3, each participant will learn key critical leadership management competencies particularly in managing leadership challenges, facilitating problem solving & decision making, and championing changes.
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
